Who Are We?

   We are a non-legal support service designed specifically to assist self-represented individuals, also known as pro se individuals. Navigating secretarial and administrative tasks on your own can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to manage documents, deadlines, and appointments without professional assistance.

  As Pro Se Support Specialists, we provide administrative and organizational assistance to help simplify the process for self-represented individuals. While we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, we support you in staying informed, timely, and prepared throughout your case.

    We offer clear, dependable support with tasks like gathering documents, preparing forms, and managing appointments—helping you stay focused and in control of your case from start to finish.  In addition, complimentary support services may be available to individuals who qualify as indigent based on financial need. We understand that these situations can be stressful, and we're committed to helping clients stay on track and supported during challenging times.

What We Do

We provide clerical support while carrying out tasks based on your instructions, which may include:

1. Assist with gathering records such as:

   • Medical records

   • Police reports

   • Hospital bills

2. Schedule doctor or case-related appointments

3. Help organize case files and paperwork

4. Provide general information about procedures and timelines

5. Deliver, retrieve, or submit documents as instructed

6. Send appointment or filing reminders

7. Support completion of non-legal forms and intake packets

 Again, because we are not attorneys and are forbidden to practice law, we cannot make suggestions about what a client needs to do for their case or what forms they must file with any agency, organization, or other party.
